All we can do, faced with accelerating global collapse, is (1) to breathe, observe, and let go, embracing impermanence and renouncing attachment to success or failure in our efforts; and (2) grow gardens, grow community, and grow awareness by learning, teaching, healing, and creating…for as long as we can, setting a good example for our children to cultivate mindfulness, compassion, health, competence, and resilience in order to sow the seeds of a regenerative Gaian future amidst the smoking ruins of Glomart (the global market economy).
