There is no excuse--none--for making military-grade weapons of mass murder available over the counter to the public, and to any deranged psychopath who fantasizes about "getting even" with the world. Such weapons of mass murder should be banned. No questions asked! This will not stop hunters from buying shotguns, nor folks in dangerous neighborhoods or on isolated farms from purchasing pistols for self-defense!
