Amen! Thank you for pointing out that the anodyne phrase "climate change" was a trope developed in the G.W. Bush regime by Frank Luntz, the master propagandist of the Republican Party, to propagate the lie that "the climate is always changing, so no big deal," and thus distract public attention from the obvious reality that the pace of global climate destabilization from rising CO2 emissions has accelerated exponentially since the fossil fuel-driven Industrial Revolution went global. This deceptive term "climate change" has now become the default terminology for an accelerating sequence of global heating that may well have doomed not only humanity, but the entire biosphere as we know it, since this spike in CO2 emissions and the resulting superheating of our atmosphere may not be tolerable by most plants and animals on the planet--including those we depend on for our next meal!
