Dire times, indeed. Putin is obviously Trump’s role model, along with Orban, Kim Jong Un, and Hitler. And if he “wins” ( with or without the quotation marks) tyranny will follow. It will be ugly indeed, seeing truth tellers like Liz Cheney hauled before a “military tribunal”—and this will only be the start of horrors to come for all of us who dare to resist. In such times, I take refuge in a quote from Bob Marley: “The truth is an offense, but not a sin.”
