First we need to clearly define "wealth." Money is not wealth--it is just a measure of one kind of wealth--nothing but arithmetic. Real wealth takes multiple forms, most of which--unlike money--are Positive Sum. These include not only material and biological capital, but also social, experiential, intellectual,and spiritual capital.
