I agree, on the whole, with your scathing assessment of the Supreme Court, though the Warren Court was a notable exception to the self-serving elitism, racism, and corruption that has characterized most of its history (though never as corrupt as the current six groomed by the right wing Federalist Society and mostly appointed by two utterly corrupt presidents—one unelected and the other unmentionable scoundrel who lost the popular vote by 3 million and now faces multiple felony indictments including high treason). But if we eliminate the Supreme Court as an institution, how can we maintain the separation of powers that prevents the total corruption of the judiciary by authoritarian strongmen and their cronies? Any suggestions?
