I’m glad you have experienced a taste of what Thich Nhat Hanh aptly calls “The miracle of mindfulness.” It all comes down to breathing, observing, and letting go. And while a beautiful natural setting can be highly conducive to this essential practice, it can be used anywhere, any time, to restore equanimity when stressed.
