Lots of clever, imaginative techno-fixes here, but they all share a common problem: How much new infrastructure must be built to bring them to scale? And where will the net energy come from to build out that infrastructure? The only credible source of cheap, readily available net energy is fossil fuels! And who stands to make money from these massive engineering projects? Big corporations, of course!
