Thank you for sharing this. These suggestions are very useful and healing for all of us in these increasingly apocalyptic times. Everything you’ve said here resonates with my own go-to slogan (which I also put on a self-designed bumper sticker): Grow Gardens; Grow Community; Grow Awareness.
