Thank you for sharing this grim but accurate assessment of our global predicament. A mass global die-off is on the horizon, even now, and it won’t be pretty. I do have one further suggestion to add to your excellent list, however: start now in getting to know your immediate neighbors and forming neighborhood garden guilds, where those within easy walking or biking distance meet periodically for potluck dinners, where they share homegrown produce and educate one another on how to grow, prepare, and store their own food. My slogan, which encapsulates the agenda of garden guilds, is as follows: Grow Gardens; Grow Community; Grow Awareness, by learning, teaching, healing, and creating. The next step is to create a community-wide Garden Guild Network, where neighborhood garden guilds can share activities, ideas, and suggestions to grow the Garden Guild movement everywhere. This is the only viable path I see to (just possibly) triggering the spontaneous remission of the terminal Cancer of the Earth…
