I highly recommend Colum McCann’s masterful exploration, in his latest book Apeirogon, of the complex, entangled histories of the Israeli/Palestinian conflict, as reflected in the unlikely friendship that developed between an Israeli and Palestinian father who both lost their vibrant teenaged daughters to the senseless violence of the other side. Well worth reading!
