Thank you, Sana. I feel your anguish—we all do. For myself, I find triads a helpful mnemonic for sustaining my own determination in the face of this cascading horror of encroaching kleptocratic oligarchy and fascism. Here are a few to share:

To restore equanimity:
Breathe, Observe, Let go.

To plan your day:
Be well, Do good work, keep in touch.

To renew your life goals:
Learn, Teach, Heal, Create.

To build solidarity:
Grow Gardens, Grow Community, Grow Awareness.

And to do it all—
Mindfully, Strategically, Relentlessly.
