This was great fun to read. Is it possible that T Rex was a scavenger rather than a primary predator? My reasons for this hypothesis are that (1) the tiny forearms are clearly useless for predation, so they may have been vestigial; (2) it’s large size would have made it hard to stalk prey, but excellent for scaring off packs of smaller, more agile predators (such as Velociraptors) who had just brought down large prey; (3) his huge jaws would have made it easy to wolf down large carcasses in short order. What do you think?
