Unfortunately, "should" is not a realistic question here. Barring an appallingly oppressive tyranny with pervasive surveillance everywhere, people WILL find a way of making babies, like every other animal, whether they are rich or poor. After all, we are programmed by own own DNA to eat, survive, and reproduce, if possible.

But who wants to live in an Orwellian dystopia? We're close enough to that already, with Fox News and the NSA and Elon Musk and such...If we are doomed to a mass die-off, so be it, however appalling it will be. Collectively, we are doomed. Individually, we still have options. And the best (generalized) option I know is to grow gardens, grow community, and grow awareness...
