Very useful set of rules. Thank you for sharing. Mine are at a higher level of generality, but they work well for me. Here they are:

I. Reclaiming the present moment:
BREATHE, OBSERVE, LET GO.

II. A generic daily agenda:
BE WELL, DO GOOD WORK, KEEP IN TOUCH.

LEARN, TEACH, HEAL, CREATE.
