Right now, we're all in deep denial, including myself. Though I know and dread what's coming, just as you do, I still get caught up in the great courtroom drama, the battle royale between Trump, the quintessentially evil and slippery icon of fascism, and Our Hero, Jack Smith--a battle upon which we all know the future of democracy depends.

And yet, in actuality, there is no future--other than the primordial terror of the terminal, metastasizing cancer of the Earth: the incremental, unpredictable, and accelerating collapse of our planetary life support systems, and the infrastructures that sustain us all--energy, agriculture, transportation, commerce, political institutions, etc.

What can we do? My own (overly simplistic) formula is this: Grow Gardens, Grow Community, Grow Awareness, by learning, teaching, healing, and creating.
